A aimé Beautiful site Very friendly welcome, very friendly & helpful owners A brook runs around the site with stepped access, amazing for cooling down in the heat! Lots of nature flying over, buzzards, swallows, lovely to see Nice big pitch, was quite busy but never felt too close to neighbours Absolute sun trap in the late afternoon/evening! Clean facilities

N'a pas aimé Fair bit of road noise, no fault of the owners but worth noting. Didn't bother me but might affect some people. Biggest issue for me was there was absolutely no phone signal - again not the owner's fault, but just be aware if that's important to you. Some networks seemed fine but mine was not. I went up the hill to the church (1km) just to check in with the wife back home as I was on a solo multi day trip. Hard standing isn't quite level, bring levelling blocks Showers only lasted 5 seconds per push which got a bit annoying but not a big issue, temperature and pressure was lovely Bring bug spray! From 6.30/7 there were a lot of bugs landing on my legs.

A aimé Great relaxed site, stuff for the kids, location by the river amazing. Best value site we've been to for a while as camping seems to be getting more and more expensive. You can dip in the river if you want

N'a pas aimé No dislikes as we read the listing - but for the people that don't read, there are no showers, no EHU and no hot water, you need to be a little self sufficient!

A aimé Beautiful site, lovely to walk around and walk along the river Water point right by the pitch We were near the facilities but the site is so vast, a lot of people were driving from their pitches to the toilets etc.

N'a pas aimé Our pitch was next to the path which in itself was fine, but the EHU point for our pitch was on the other side of the path so our cable was on the path. This upset a couple of people.

A aimé Could be one of our all time favourite sites. Lots to do for kids. Attention to detail excellent, so well thought out Had a highchair available for the baby - I have never seen this at a campsite before (plus lots of other furniture, firepits etc.) Lovely indoor area with seating, kitchen, kids play area Lovely hosts 24/7 shop/petrol station next door We will be back, and for longer, when we have nowhere to be so we can spend more time making use of the site!

N'a pas aimé Not cheap - but worth it Next to a road so a bit of noise but can't help that. Didn't bother us. Just trying to find anything to mention!

A aimé Lovely location, friendly staff, clean facilities

N'a pas aimé A LOT of goose poo! Be ready for that. Email stated to vacate pitch by 11am but apparently it's 10.30am... they didn't make a big thing but they did send someone over to make sure we were leaving (all very polite though!)
