A aimé Plenty of shade. Clean toilets and showers.

N'a pas aimé It's on the side of a hill on dirt roads going up steeply. I would no want to drive up those slopes on a rainy day. Pitches are too small. Overcrowded in August. The beaches are tiny and overcrowded. The restaurant is expensive and not very good. We asked for moules marinieres and we got curried mussels out of a packet. The portion of chips was so ridiculously small that we had to go back to our tent to cook dinner as we were still hungry.

A aimé Quiet and secure place. Clean toilet and a water sink with soap. Close to the beauty spots.

N'a pas aimé No chef and therefore no food apart from pizzas. The receptionist making a fuss about us shortening our stay in spite of the campsite having a lot of empty spaces. No freezer to leave ice bloks.

N'a pas aimé Road noise. We ate in the restaurant and there wasn't much in the plate.

A aimé This campsite is right next the cycle greenway connecting Canterbury to Whitstable. From there you can cycle to Margate or even further. It is safe it you intend to cycle with children and you don't like the idea of cars zooming past you. These are cycle track in the middle of nature. This campsite is friendly and quiet. The 3pm check in only apply to week days. On weekends you can check in earlier when the lovely Alex is around.

A aimé Beautiful views, friendly staff, good facilities. We were the only ones there. One end of the campsite was boggy even though the weather was dry for a few days. I wonder whether when it is rainy and the campsite is full, it might be possible for some tents to get flooded. Apart from this, we liked it and will probably go back during the quiet season.

A aimé Nice campsite, 5 minutes walk from the lake. Field toilets were clean.

N'a pas aimé Some of the paths to access the campsite were limit for a normal car and would benefit from gravel. If it had rain I don't think we would have been able to access the fields or get out.

A aimé Friendly, great location. We went on a sunny bank holiday weekend. I was expecting it would be crowded but it did not feel to busy and we had plenty of space.

N'a pas aimé Only one toilet and one shower. Only two pitches with electric hook up with only 2 amps capacity. Would not be able to go when the weather is colder and use a small 1000w electric heater.
