A aimé Amazing views, great location for Llanberis Town, Snowdon Llanberis/Snowdon Ranger path, Llanberis lake, mines etc. (all walkable).

N'a pas aimé Facilities are archaic and not well attended to. No hot water to wash up with for two days. Inhospitable staff - a real shame.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Our facilities are around 20 years old and, while some guests may consider them dated, they are fully functional and maintained to ensure they remain fit for purpose. We also have plans for a full refurbishment over the coming years, which we're very much looking forward to. The facilities are cleaned regularly throughout the day by our team. However, as with any shared amenities, we cannot control how they are left by other guests between cleaning visits, and it isn't practical for staff to be present continuously to clean after every use. Regarding the hot water, this affected only the washing-up room and not all hot water on site. We experienced an unexpected fault with the taps, which caused a loud hammering noise. Following the advice of our plumber, the only temporary solution was to isolate the hot water supply until the faulty taps could be replaced. The hot water was switched off from approximately 8:00pm overnight until around 2:00pm the following afternoon while the repair was carried out. Notices were displayed to keep guests informed, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused while this essential maintenance was completed. We're also disappointed to read your comments about our team. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and welcoming service, which is reflected in many of our recent reviews. If there was a specific interaction or member of staff that caused concern, we would genuinely appreciate you contacting management directly so we can investigate the matter properly. Without further details, it's difficult for us to address your concerns. Our staff are always happy to help and treat every guest with courtesy and respect. Equally, we ask all visitors to follow our site rules and treat our team and fellow guests with the same respect. Where rules are repeatedly ignored, our staff have a responsibility to address those situations appropriately to ensure everyone can enjoy their stay.

A aimé Great campsite. Beautiful setting. Aesthetically very pleasing too. Lovely welcoming owner. Can’t fault it, we loved Anglesey. Thank you.
