A aimé Stablefell Campsite is absolutely fantastic and, without a doubt, the best campsite we’ve ever stayed at. The location is brilliant, situated perfectly between Hawes and Aysgarth, with plenty to see and do nearby. There are also lots of great pubs just a short drive away. Jo and her partner are incredibly friendly and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The toilets and facilities are immaculate and very modern, which really adds to the experience. The free-roaming chickens are such a lovely touch and are incredibly friendly — they’ll happily come right up to your tent! There’s also a reasonably priced essentials shop on site, which is really convenient. The pitches are huge and separated by longer, uncut grass, giving you a lovely sense of privacy. The views are absolutely beautiful and the whole site has such a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. Another lovely touch was the two goats on site, who are playful little characters and great fun to watch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Stablefell Campsite to anyone looking for a beautiful, friendly and peaceful place to stay.
