A aimé Quiet, hard standing, dedicated drain for each touring pitch

N'a pas aimé (1) VERY SLIPPERY FLOOR area between showers and toilets in Gents. I slipped and fell and twisted knee as a result and as a pensioner (like me), that can be catastrophic. I told the site and reported it on an accident form, I didn't even get a response of "how are you?". Spent 2 days having to stay in bed on painkillers, what a waste of a holiday. The floor is not fit for purpose in the central area (I know, I am a floor safety expert and would never achieve a 36 PTV test), the same floor is used when you leave the swimming pool and go to collect shoes, which is also getting wet. This site supposedly has an AA quality rating, the AA obviously doesn't understand floor safety and this floor has been fitted for a long time, so how many others have slipped? This site probably makes hundreds of thousands of pounds but cant spend a measly few hundred quid to provide a safe floor. (2) Poor phone / wi-fi signal (3) Water stand pipes so low to the ground, I had to use a water bottle to fill my water containers

A aimé Pretty site, well spaced pitches, grass kept neat.

N'a pas aimé Maybe the owners /managers should try using their own facilities to realise the shortfalls. Cold to luke warm showers that stay on just for a few seconds. No chairs to sit on in cubicles whilst drying self etc. Wash basin taps requiring 2 hands to press the tap and then they instantly went back off and the water splashes everywhere. Only 1 shower/toilet block out of 2 available In peak season) and on occasion shut for up to 2 hours and snotty owners / managers telling us to walk 200 yards to the pub if we want the toilet! Which is not what we paid for. Lastly, press button fresh water taps with little control so you end up wasting lots of water and soaking yourself in the process. The site could be so much better with just a little more thought. Finally, a pub that is shut for food on Monday and Tuesday,
