A aimé Pitch size and activities were a reasonable price and well run. Food at the restaurant was really good and the service was great

N'a pas aimé Aqua park activities not available Monday and Tuesday although not advertised as such. Restaurant closed early on these days also (5pm), luckily we had cooking facilities and food. No grey water disposal available. No washing up facilities. Toilets and showers only cleaned once in 3 days and not well cleaned. No play area for children. Piches not marked out, we we not sure if we were within our pitch.

Our Aqua Park operates on selected days, and these opening days are clearly advertised on our booking information before guests make a reservation. Our restaurant also closes earlier on Mondays and Tuesdays outside of peak periods, and these opening hours are published in advance. We would also like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Washing-up facilities are available within our shower block, and all camping pitches are clearly numbered to help guests identify their allocated pitch. Our toilet and shower facilities are cleaned daily, and we’re disappointed to hear they did not meet the standards we expect during your visit. We will, however, review your comments with our team. While we appreciate that not every campsite will suit everyone’s preferences, we always aim to ensure our facilities and services are accurately represented before booking.
