We did have a problem with a few guests staying who were not as respectful towards the facilities as they should be.
I will pass on your comments regarding the advertised cafe and oast village to management.
There are plenty of river and countryside walks which take you to the local village (East peckham) Yalding, Tea Pot Island and Tonbridge are a longer walk.

If a guest has any issues whilst staying including the cleanliness of the facilities they need to either come into the touring office or call the out of hours mobile number printed on the front of your check-in cards as we can not rectify any of your issues once you have left and report it on a review (other guests staying at the same time as yourselves have mainly given a score of 10).
Excellent site with good facilities, helpful staff and lots of space.

The facilities get cleaned on a regular basis, to rectify any issues whilst staying here we need to be notified either by coming into the office or on our out of hours mobile number not several days later on a review.
The elson does need to be emptied on a regular basis and whilst this is being done there will be an unfortunate smell of sewage.
