de bar op max. 2m bij het binnenrijden. Hierdoor moest je langs de kant van de weg staan. Vooral de eerste keer is dit verwarrend.

A very clean and well kept site, no litter, pitches all laid out well and maintained, Facilities were always clean and owners/wardens were very friendly and helpful.
Lots of little things that were thought of to help visitors such as the low level solar lights when you went to toilets at night, left items stands in the bathrooms, cute little information shed with local attractions, pub menus and directions etc.
The washing up hut with 2 sinks was a welcome addition and sold little souvenir keyrings.
Very little road noise and the views were spectacular, gorgeous sunsets over the hills and clear starry nights.
Stay was perfect.

Absolutely loved the site. Facilities were clean, lovely little extra touches. Kids loved the playground, staff were so helpful and the beds in the ready tent were comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Lovely, small, safe campsite. Great for young kids. Clean toilets and washing up hut, little playground for the kids, quiet location.

Amazing little campsite with clean well kept facilities, friendly host and great location. If we wasn’t last minute we would have stayed longer, the bell tent is spacious with electric, lighting a proper double bed with two single chair beds, dining table and two outdoor seating areas. The pitch has a wild flower boundary which gives a little privacy without feeling caged in by fencing, the facilities are well kept and clean. We had dinner at the ship just a short all down the road and they other a good range of tasty pub classics. We hope to make it back for a longer stay next time.

Lovely people running the site. Very helpful and accommodating. Pitches are large and have long grass/hedges behind and in between which is nice.
Honesty box for kids ice pops, great idea! We also bought lots of wood for the fire pits provided which enabled us to sit out on the starry nights!
Overall lovely holiday, will be back!

Site was quite windy so would recommend wind breaks and warm layers for evenings (site provided us some wind breaks on the windier day which helped).
Shower facilities were clean but could do with an upgrade (2 showers not enough, often people waiting or had to come back).
More/bigger swings for the play park would be good too.

Beautifully kept site! Absolutely massive pitch (ehu) enough for our massive tent and car still with plenty of space! Stunning views over the valley. Nice and quiet and peaceful and quaint and well kept campsite. Loved the look of the teepee huts (had a nose when they were empty). Would recommend this site as a peaceful retreat.

Not so much of a dislike but could do with a few more shower cubicles and wash basens (bit of a queue in the mornings). and found no hot water using the basins washing hands each time. And also the lack of dog space as our dog loves a run and there was no enclosed space for him to run (but this was an us issue not a site issue as we have a spaniel and he loves to run).

We didn't like our stay, We loved it! This was our first time camping. Our pitch was big with water and electric. Spaces between fellow campers were nicely spread out so no one was on top of anyone.
Bathrooms were kept clean. There is a wash up area with a fridge and freezer if you need it.
Our 8 year old daughter loved the play area and made plenty of friends. The main gates are kept closed for safety. We really felt at home :-) The on site wardens Sharon and David were very friendly. Happy to help and made us feel very welcome.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
