Ideal location for Forest of Dean and local towns. Plenty to do. Lovely campsite with pay as you use electric hook up. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Little farm on site for a walk around, small park for children, log burners for higher, bar area with food available for purchase. Clean toilets and showers which is always important. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Very friendly and warm welcome. Toilet and shower block very clean. A variety of rescue animals to see in particular Brian the alpaca who watches over the ducks and chickens and keeps them safe from Mr Fox. Also, some fishing ponds to walk round. Situated only a five minutes drive to Monmouth

We’ve just arrived home from a few days at Broadstone; it was our first stay but it certainly won’t be our last! The staff were all extremely friendly and welcomed our young children (age 3 and 5) having a lovely chat with them in bar in the evenings, there was a little park for them to play in, it was very spacious, and our children loved seeing the animals. The bar was amazing (as were the delicious pizzas) and it had such a great vibe. It’s set in such a beautiful location and so close to a variety of mountain biking trails (the reason we were visiting). We also liked the electric “pay for what you use” system. Lots of great facilities; large toilet/shower block, dishwashers, lots of water points, free wifi in the bar. The list could go on and on. Thank you so much to everyone that made our stay so fantastic and we can’t wait to come back again!

This was our second stay in Broadstone Park and we loved it again. Little bit muddy everywhere but can't do much about it. We still enjoyed.

A truly brilliant campsite in a great location, I have stayed here twice now, and as soon as I leave I start thinking when I can next get back! Facilities are good and clean with plenty of hot water, pay as you go electric is perfect, especially when you only have a small van with a few things to plug in, much better than getting ripped off £10 a night at other sites. Pizza is excellent and just the ticket after hiking 15 miles when you can’t be bothered to cook! Finally the staff here are lovely, particularly Jake who even remembered me from my first visit, knew I was going solo this time and took the time out his day to chat to me and see what wonderful scenery I had visited, means alot to have people who care about your stay! See you again soon guys!

Jake and the whole team were excellent hosts and despite the really bad weather they did there upmost best to accommodate everybody. Nice walks through the forest of Dean , mountain bikes available and 3 good lakes for fishing . Nice little bar and takeaway on site .

If possible could do with another washing machine as only 1 there with youngsters it could get busy .
Perhaps a small shop could be good
