Camping Il Collaccio

A aimé : This campsite was a delight to stay at. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Location has great scenery of the mountains. We had an evening meal good value for money. All facilities was well kept and clean. Camping area was under woodland and shady, and was nice to wake up to a coo coo and birds singing. Very peaceful. Just a note the road to the campsite is very steep and windy, and a beast of a car is needed if towing a caravan. But when you arrive you will see it’s worth it. Easier to leave as the exit is down hill through the campsite. Would definitely stay again.

A aimé : Fabulous site, clean, and very well laid out. The staff were very helpful. Fresh bread every day is so yummy. I didn't use the restaurant or bar but both look very inviting.

N'a pas aimé: Roads, approaching and exiting are very narrow, steep, and sharp hairpin bends. I managed with a 6.5 meter campervan, not sure how caravaners managed.

A aimé : What a stunning location!! Big hilltop campsite with great facilities, including infinity pool and bar/restaurant. We didn't eat there but the drinks were reasonably priced considering the fairly remote location. Big place but didn't feel too crowded or noisy, although we were out during the daytime when the pool area was busy.

A aimé : Beautiful location, very friendly welcome, delicious meal in the the restaurant, we’ll marked walking trails. The infinity pool looked sublime , but too cold for us in April !

A aimé : Amazing campsite. Spectacular view, beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff, delicious restaurant with regional specialties. Very reasonable price. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A aimé : Such a gem at affordable prices for a picturesque view of the Umbrian landscape, and the owner has gone above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and made us feel very welcome. The receptionists are busy but are helpful and maintain a great level of customer service. We were happy with the on-site restaurant and meals served, and the service was attentive and friendly. -clean toilet and shower facilities with hot water -infinity pool -washing for 4euros -well planned campsite

A aimé : Il Collaccio is by far the best campsite we have experienced so far in Europe! The location is fantastic, with a spectacular view from the gorgeous infinity pool. There are many elegant thoughtful touches that make this campsite feel luxurious and special. The food is delicious and a real dining experience which sets this apart from other campsites. In terms of the pitches and facilities it is spotlessly clean and well appointed. However the most memorable part for us was the lovely owner Raffo and his family and staff team who gave us a warm and wonderful welcome throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We left feeling as if we had gained new friends!! We certainly intend to return and are encouraging many others to try this amazing place in the Umbrian hills. Thanks for an amazing experience to all at Il Collaccio.
