Henllan Caravan Park

A aimé We visited Henllan as a last minute decision and stayed for 2 nights the couple that run the site are such lovely accommodating people and really can not do enough to help!
The site it's self is well maintained, the toilet/shower block was spotless at all hours of the day and the facilities are fantastic.
There is a play area on the campsite that my children had hours of fun playing in along with a massive field with nets to play football. We took our dog with us there is a fully fenced safe area for dogs to run around safely within too so quite literally something for all the family!

We will definitely be visiting again when the warmer weather comes for the kids to play in the beautiful river that runs along the site... Can not recommend this place any more!

A aimé Lovely setting, plenty of space.
Very helpful staff, particularly Andy who helped tow me off the grass when our motorhome got stuck.

A aimé Beautiful site the people running it super friendly and accommodating. Very clean and tidy all round great site to stay on

N'a pas aimé Walk to the shower clock is quite far but staff are aware and looking for ways to improve this situation

A aimé Spacious pitch, peaceful, great owners who were very welcoming, football goals, play area for kids

A aimé Amazing spot! And great people running the site :)
Me my wife and 2 kids and dog stayed in a trailer tent and has a blast!
Has everything you need for a great stay,
A park on site right where your staying,
Has a small shack for essentials if needed along with sweet treats/ice creams for the kids, but also there is a tesco withing a 15min drive if you needed it.
Great pitches with walks right next to the site with a rope swing along the river.
Shower block and toilets which are tidy, they are a slight walk from the site but its nothing that bothered us personally.
Will definitely be going back cant wait 👍

N'a pas aimé The toilets are way way 2 far to walk 2 from the camp site there was 2 toilets and 1 shower between us all while had no hot water

A aimé Location is so quiet and serene - loved how accommodating Andy and Jo were, loved the fact they walked the park daily if not twice a day to check that everyone was ok, and for a natter if you were out and about.

N'a pas aimé The blooming pheasant every morning at 4am waking me up by acting like a pteradactyl -
no on a serious note we disliked nothing at all
- the noises from the wildlife is beautiful!

Toilet block does need to be closer to the camp field but I am aware that there are plans in place for this in coming months.

A aimé Lovely friendly site . Great walks. Dog friendly. The pub on site was welcoming and reasonable priced. The toilets, shower clean. Lovely little shop on site.

A aimé We had an ok time, Storm Dave didn’t help however the people who manage the site was very friendly and lovely so thank you.

N'a pas aimé The toilet facilities are too far from the tent area, I had read this review previously and thought it’ll be fine but it was a trek especially for night time.
