Orchid Pods

A aimé Very friendly and helpful hosts. The pod was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I had everything I needed. Even had dog beds and treats for my border terriers.
Superb location with beautiful views. The outdoor area was lovely too. Plenty space just outside the pod to take the dogs for a short walk. Beautiful grassland with wild flowers looked amazing. I would definately recommend a stay at the Orchid Pods!

A aimé We booked our pod online the same day as it was close to our location whilst we travelled the nc500. Jonathan the owner was there to meet us and helped us with our luggage, the pod was in immaculate condition, very comfortable and perfect for our needs .

A aimé I cannot rate this place highly enough. We booked last minute after being let down by another campsite and Jonathan had the place made up and ready for us in around an hour. Absolutely stunning views of the North Sea direct from the pod, and a beautiful site. Jonathan has put a lot of work in building the pods and gardens himself and it shows.

All bedding and towels were fresh, with added tea / coffee / sugar / fresh milk / fresh eggs in the pod to make our stay even better. Very impressive size, these types of pods can be quite unforgiving if you are tall but he has accommodated for anyone up to 6’6 to feel comfortable.

All in all our only regret was not being able to stay longer! We will be back!

A aimé Beautiful location with wick, thurso and John o'groats within easy driving distance (between 30-40 minutes for each)
Lovely, cosy, brand new, modern built pods with all needed basic amenities.
Owners are very welcoming and lovely to talk to

A aimé Hi folks thought I had sent a review, the Pod was fantastic very comfortable with great vies comfy bed, great shower and easy access to Lybster and about twenty minutes from Wick in a car. Was there to try and chase up my family tree my great grand mother and father were married in Latheron church in 1867 and had 10 children It;s now a museam for the Gunn clan. Unfortunately most have passed searched for their grave In Latheron cemetery but everyone seems to be a Suterland or Gunn or Mckay. overall it was a lovely stay [ hope I have the names right Jonathan and Dawn.]

A aimé Me and my wife just want to say a big thank you for the friendly customer service, also the pod was very clean and felt homely and was nice to have a cooker and shower, this is 100% the best place we have stay in, it was very peaceful and easy to get to plenty of parking that was very helpful, we also appreciate the owners taken there time to make sure we was settled in and the next time I do touring I defiantly book again

A aimé New pod, with a wide view over the surroundings. Warm welcome by the owners. Inside the pod, everything you need! Very luxurious, good bed, perfect shower, kitchenette with all the cooking equipement you need ( fridge/ macrowave/toaster, etc.) Lots of privacy.
For us a really positive experience!!
