A aimé : The owners could not have been more helpful. Quick response to all messages and when we had some trouble with our van they helped out, no questions asked. Very impressed, we will be back.

A aimé : lovely grounds and not your bog standard bed and breakfast property with a nice friendy greeting upon arrival. Outdoor space with leafy surroundings has some tables and chairs placed in various spots to sit around which is a nice touch especially in decent weather, tucked well away from the main road and has a hedge lined walking/cycle path straight outside the proprty so those with dogs (like us) have no worry about getting them out to stretch their legs. There is a dog waste disposal bin just a few yards down from the entrance

N'a pas aimé: Unfortnunatly access with a coachbuilt Moho is tight, it's not necessarilly so within the property - there were other cars near the Moho bay we had, some presumably belonging to guests but im sure they could be shuffled to get the space needed to manouver if wanted, it was preferable for me to reverse into our bay when we arrived and did it ok with the help of the mirrors and the reversing cam, plus another eye at the back from the other half but once in its a lovely spot. The bigger issue is the access road through a little enclave of cottages. its ony a few meters long but it is lined with trees either side and they are currently overhanging quite low, anything bigger than a transit sized van converstion or a T5 might screech and scrape catching leaves and twiglets as they go (we did and we are 3m x 2.3m wide). My guess is that it is something the site owners don't have control over because its not on their land but it would be nice of they could do something about it.

A aimé : Really nice location which is very well maintained and very helpful staff.

N'a pas aimé: The road up to the The mill is in desperate need of pruning either side with overhanging and side branches catching the sides & roof of our motor home - causing some scratching unfortunately. Also apple tree in garden needs some trimming.

A aimé : Quiet little oasis off a busy road. Very well tendered gardens & great hosts. Lovely pub just down the lane & a service station with an express Asda for supply's just 3 mins walk in the opposite direction.

N'a pas aimé: Busy road to the property & location. Yarm approx 3.5 miles away, wouldn't reccomend walking there as you loose the footpath along the way. Taxi ride 5 mins away at a little cost booked from the pub.

A aimé : Lovely setting and nice lots of wildlife Friendly check-in. Toilet available. Pub down the road for a drink and a bite to eat. Close to lovely town Yarm.

N'a pas aimé: Didn't see the staff in the morning to organise use of a shower. Noise from the school. Not very private

A aimé : Stopover stay in the grounds of a B&B. Quiet and away from the road.

N'a pas aimé: £20 for a stopover is quite a lot. You basically are paying for a parking space and a 24hr outside loo.
