A aimé : We turned up quite late 8.30pm after calling the number on the office window we were immediately greeted by a lovely lady and guided to our pitch. Lovely clean facilities. Plenty of grass area to kick a ball about. Very friendly.

A aimé : I managed to book one night of the bank holiday weekend which was good as campsites usually require 2. It was really quiet and peaceful. The spot we eventually got was perfect. The shower/toilet block was very modern and clean. The staff were very friendly. They said we didn’t have to hurry with packing up which was kind. The site was near the sea but it wasn’t too windy and the farmland around was beautiful and relaxing, and no country smell! Not too much of a walk to the village for a pint of real ale and also the beach was fairly close.
N'a pas aimé: When we arrived there was nobody there to tell us where to pitch. Tried 3 telephone numbers and eventually someone came and showed us our spot but some other camper vans had already taken it. So tried to pitch up next to it but the ground was too hard. The manager sorted it out for us to pitch in another area that was really beautiful- perfect grass. There wasn’t a communal fridge but we had our freezer box anyway.

A aimé : The open field at the rear of the site which the children enjoyed. The pitch was quiet with water close by asking with other facilities. The toilet block looked new and was very clean and nice.

A aimé : Owners were very friendly and helpful. Facilities excellent.
N'a pas aimé: There is one pub within walking distance of the site. Unfortunately when I visited in April the pub was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

A aimé : The wardens, Terry and Elaine were great. Very helpful, siting my caravan on and off pitch due to very boggy grass. Always happy to help with any query. Site clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Hornsea, Bridlington and Filey for groceries and the beaches.

A aimé : Lovely site. Clean modern facilities. Owners and staff very helpful Did a little Easter egg hunt for the kids on Easter Sunday kids really enjoyed it. We will be back!
