A aimé : We absolutely loved this site. We stayed on the tent pitches. There was one other family tent pitch on the bank holiday weekend with the shepherd huts and tipi’s set up in separate fields. It felt like we had the place to ourselves with loads of room for the kids to fun around and play hide and seek amongst the trees. It was windy during our stay but there was a line of trees braking the wind which we hardly noticed. We had one rainy day so we spent that morning in the games room which the kids (3 & 6) loved. You have everything you need with a kettle, washing up facilities, fridges and charging points. 2 toilets and 2 showers which were kept clean and were always free. It’s a tranquil and peaceful site based on a quiet farm with the owners available should you need anything. As other reviewers have said the pizzas on Saturday night were fantastic, just make sure you put your order in before. We’ll definitely be back

A aimé : We loved staying here for 2 nights with our kids (5, 3 and 0). Facilities are great with toilets, showers, little kitchen area with fridge, kettle, hot running water. The rustic barn is also used for weddings and the whole area had a lovely feel to it. It was beautiful! Glamping tents were very clean and came with kettle, mugs, some plates, currently, cooking utensils etc. They also provided towels, bedding for the double bed and sleeping bags and blankets for the blow ups. Homemade woodfired pizzas were available at an extra cost which were delicious. We loved it and would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay! ✨

A aimé : Fanastic site. Quiet, idyllic and clean. Playroom. Great facility our 5yr old grandson loved it. Showers,toilet and other utilities immaculate and perfect. Pizza to die for cooked on site to perfection. Hosts are lovely, friendly people.

A aimé : Loved the welcoming from Alex & Clare within the beautiful grounds surrounded by Poplar trees. Very peaceful setting, in the middle of nowhere, horses grazing, ducks wandering around the site, one is at true bliss. We camped for the two nights and the facilities there are very good. Homemade pizzas prepped and cooked in front of us alfresco on the second night from the hosts themselves was a great experience, my son quoted "that was the best pizza I have ever had!". Would recommend to all.

A aimé : Clare and Alex were fantastic hosts who have created a little slice of heaven. Their site is just beautiful with great clean facilities with all you could ask for. We will definitely be staying here again.

A aimé : Quiet, remote and relaxing location, small number of bell tents onsite. Good set up for each tent with everything needed to enjoy a relaxed stay.

N'a pas aimé: Very little to dislike in reality, tents maybe a little close to each other to allow better privacy, but a minor point.

A aimé : Good size pitch for our tent. Good facilities. Great location nice and quite. We took our dog and that was fine.had to stay on the lead just because of free roaming ducks.

A aimé : Absolutely fantastic experience at Brakehill Lodge booked through Pitchedup.com! We brought our own tent and were delighted with the electric hitch-up provided, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was stunning, and the facilities were immaculate. Booking was seamless, and the service from start to finish was top-notch. Highly recommend and can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
