A aimé Pine forest setting and very quiet. Reception/bar staff were excellent and very eager to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

N'a pas aimé Disgusting camp site filthy pitches toilets and litter every where. Discarded stoma bags in the toilets filth in every cubicle shows were filthy third world standards in a European capital city campsite

A aimé Very warm welcome and showed me around the facilities which were excellent. The whole site is superbly kept and tidy the shower was awesome and plenty of hot water no repeat pushing buttons is a treat. Walking around the site it’s lovely to see the slight elevated position above the various remnants of the water mill. Truly peaceful site and the night sky was brilliant to star gaze

A aimé Location within 10 mins of a pub

N'a pas aimé Sloping ground for most of the site no defined pitches wake up to van or tent within 3 feet of you. Part of the advertised woodland pitches are actually within 4 yards and there is a single saw dust plastic 50 gallon drum of a loo. Overall a very disappointing site not really suitable for tents of vehicles for the majority of the small acre and half of grass. Paid for two nights stayed 1. £24 for a night not worth half that

A aimé Super friendly welcome very helpful. Very homely feel about the place. New indoor pool looked superb and the residential units on the site were all extremely well looked after with wonderful displays of plants and flowers like walking around a garden village. Within easy waking distance of the town and evening walk around the adjacent lakes was very pleasant.
