A aimé Everything about the site ! Always get a friendly welcome, the guys are helpful and are happy for friends to pitch together, the showers and toilets are lovely and clean and the cafe on site is great ! About a mile walk to the local village which has a couple of shops and pubs plus a chippy and restaurant! Fishing was great !

A aimé Just had a fantastic two night stay here and I just can’t fault it ! Diane and Paul extended a very warm and friendly welcome and have gone above and beyond with all measures to ensure safety The wild pitches are huge and well maintained so we were able to park the campervan, put up the awning and still have loads of space. The pub was lovely and food was great 👍 Our dogs were also made very welcome and having a secure area to walk them was just brilliant ! The shower rooms and toilets were private and very clean. Cleaning products were also available if you wanted to use them in advance of having a shower ( this wasn’t to replace the owners cleaning the facilities because they did regularly but for those who may want to take extra precaution in the current climate) The pub welcomes dogs inside which was a plus for us 😊 There’s a local bus route into Chester passing the site and the local farm shop, Ice cream farm and marina are within walking distance. Diane and Paul go out of their way and nothing is too much trouble !! Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely be back with our friends very soon (6 only of course 😂)

A aimé Been to this site twice now over the summer and it’s been fab ! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable ! Fishing on the lakes was great for the men and a 20min stroll into the nearest village with 3 local bars was perfect ! There’s a cafe on site which is lovely ! Showers and toilets are clean and every step has been taken to ensure safety due to covid Defo stay again !
