A aimé Nice location and tent.

N'a pas aimé A lot of "pay for extras" were left in a tray in the tent like a hotel minibar which we didn't appreciate and also in some drawers. These should be in a shop rather than in the tent where we're staying, clogging up space. Also some unclear charges on logs/coal which led to some back and forth emailing to get our deposit back after we'd left. We had to provide a hefty £150 deposit via BACS transfer (not a credit card hold) prior to checking in and then had deductions to the deposit (entirely out of our control to contest) as we had used some logs/coal which we were told were provided as complimentary as part of the booking, but it was only one bag each even though we were staying for two nights. Felt deceived on that as it was not clear at the campsite.
