A aimé Excellent price, great location, helpful staff

N'a pas aimé Condition of the pod. A bit dated, 1 of the ladies showers ran cold, no hot water, at all, and had to wait to get into another shower ( which was hot ,) Toilets too far from pods. We love using pods, but would not return here, even at the excellent prices.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our prices excellent, the location convenient, and our staff helpful. However, we’re sorry to hear that the condition of the pod and the issues with the shower facilities affected your stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will pass your comments on to the relevant team for review. We’re also sorry that the distance to the toilets was inconvenient. Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.

A aimé Location,, The Inn, the Shop,

N'a pas aimé Bar prices, midges, Clegs + cleaning charge. We always leave a Pod, cleaner than what we found it. So do not expect a cleaning charge. Money for nothing. I do believe most people are similar to ourselves.
