A aimé Loved the lakes and the lodge and really enjoyed our stay. Fishing was great.

N'a pas aimé The road noise was a minor issue and there was a few issues with the lodge: none of the bathroom extractor fans worked, the kitchen extractor light didn’t work, the shower curtains were too short and there are loads of extra light switches that didn’t do anything. Lots of tiny flies.

I was a bit upset to read your customer rating because I proactively reached out to you to offer you a lodge that was better suited to you as the lodge you have originally booked wouldn’t have suited your mobility requirements so I went out of my way to organise you a different lodge to make it more comfortable for your needs. I was there to answer any query you had replying to your emails quickly and efficiently. We were there to help you during check in and we also did your check out which normally is a self assisted check out. All of this mentioned, it is upsetting to see that this wasn’t considered as a great customer service. We checked in on you regularly and asked if you needed anything so it’s a bit disappointing that none of these issues were mentioned to us during your stay. We would have gladly sorted it out as some of them is just changing the light bulb. There are lots of switches in the lodge but that came with a lodge. To address your comment on the flies, being on the campsite and out in the nature there are flies and it’s just part of nature which we have no control over, if you keep your windows open they will get in.
