A aimé We loved the pitch with electric and it was level and no need for the levellers. It was very peaceful and quiet and having the pub a few minutes walk away was very convenient. We had a lovely welcome from the owner who walked us to our pitch. There were free range chickens which was lovely to see and our dog Milo loved to sit and watch them. The shower was warm and with a good flow rate. Overall it was a lovely stay

N'a pas aimé I think the shower is in need of updating although perfectly adequate. The shower fan didn’t work so it was very steamy when getting out of the shower.

A aimé I liked the location it was quiet and the views were spectacular. My wife had a great greeting when we booked in. The shower and toilet facilities were spotless. The waterfalls we the best we have seen.

N'a pas aimé The pitch could have been leveller. Even with the chocks we couldn’t get it level and kept rolling to one side of the bed. However this is a countryside site on a hillside so it’s difficult to achieve on all pitches

A aimé I liked the large pitch with electric hook up and fresh water. The site was very peaceful and we had a lovely greeting from Bridget. There was access to the river for a walk with the dog and plenty of dog poo waste bins. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay.

N'a pas aimé The showers and toilet facilities were in need of a deep clean.

A aimé I like the large grass pitch with plenty of space. The campsite was quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed the wildlife, especially the deer in the morning.

N'a pas aimé Although the showers and toilets were very clean. I was disappointed with the temperature of the shower. It was warm at best and you couldn’t hold the temperature. I understand that it is a push button shower and you have to be careful not to scold somebody. However, I would have preferred to be able to adjust the temperature.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thanks for leaving a review of your stay. We have lots of wildlife, the deer being a favourite of ours. The showers are normally very reliable but we will have an extra check on the temperature - they are thermostatically controlled but we understand that doesn't suit everyone.
