Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our fully serviced pitches, modern and exceptionally clean facilities, the on-site chippy, bar, WiFi, and of course our fabulous location. It's great to know you had such a positive stay and that you're planning to return. Thank you also for your constructive comments regarding the bar area. We appreciate your feedback and recognise that some areas could benefit from modernisation. We're pleased, however, that our team and the service they provided helped make your experience an enjoyable one. We look forward to welcoming you back to Ullswater Holiday Park again soon.

A aimé We have been to this site over several years because the back drop scenery along with pitched areas, location to entertainment and train station makes it a perfect all round base . Staff on site are always helpful and friendly

N'a pas aimé The toilet blocked is exceptionally clean and tidy however, just over the last few visits they are looking woren out dated and tired ...this is only constructive feedback , as my main concern is always hygiene standards and cleaning is second to none. Please coukd ypu look at the WiFi, it's shocking and I am sure for an extra couple of pounds people would pay for better connection., this has only started to be an issue recently
