Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your positive comments, with regard to the TV reception I hope that it was explained that due to our unique location we are sheltered from a terrestrial signal and so you need to use our Freesat system, we hire the necessary equipment (for a refundable deposit) if your TV doesn't have Freesat installed. Generally the internet reception is good, however if you experienced a poor internet signal after having paid the fee, we would like to know so that we can address the issue for you, if that occurs during any future visits, please let us know, regards Jason
