N'a pas aimé The smell of toilets was overwehelming! Nowhere to wash hands you had to walk around to a separate bit. Just like most French camps, no toilet seats. Bring hand gels or sprays

N'a pas aimé The facilities were old and tired Roof leaked when rained so floor in ladies was slippery Laundrette was one washing machine outside No soap or drying facilities Pitches were muddy and badly flooded when it rained to the point we had to leave early as no dry picthes were available

A aimé Their super friendly staff and very accomodating when we needed to change times Shuttle servce to train station to Turin ( Torino) for very good price ( shuttle and train was €20 for 2 of us return Train times can be changed for free if you book through Omio app or tap on/ off service Good pitch size Close electricity and water Good hot showers Facilities cleaned regularly

N'a pas aimé The facilities, I just cant do holes for toilets Although cleaned regularly, due to no soap, hand drying facilities and toilet paper, I didnt feel that it was clean as noone carried soap and touched every handle etc.... Not for me, I like my toilet seats and washing facilities. I ca uderstabd toulet paper due to budget, but if everyone uses toilet and is unable to wash tehir hands with soap, all ill be contaminated straight after cleaning again

N'a pas aimé Ignored the deposit paid on pitchup and charged us full price, also added €4 for tax and then asked for it in cash, so paid twice. When questioned, refunded electricity fee which we couldnt use due to polar ends Just couldnt be bothered to argue so left after 1 night despite paying for two Quite tired looking camp, very dusty pitches due to hardly any grass, when raining, it will turn into mud. Also small pitches despite being 8x8 description on pitchup( ours was 8 x8m but two pitches ) Pool was closed due to technical reasons, a reason for booking Beach didnt look inviting, dusty rather than sandy, not like photos Few unisex showers only

Réponse du gestionnaire : Dear Marianna, Thank you for your review. We want to clarify how it works with Pitch up reservation: you pay a booking deposit to Pitch up upon reservation. Pitch up sends us the request for reservation with the balance amount to be paid by guest on site upon check in. This is what happend with your reservation. On site you paid: Euro 59,50 (the amount that Pitch up told us) + Euro 4,00 for the local tax (municipalitie's tax). If there is something wrong sith this please contact Pitch up. You were in place 527 that is 9x9mt and is 1 place not 2. Concerning beach you are right, the lake level in this period is lower than the standard one but it is something that we cannot manage. Our showers al all unisex. That said we thank you for your 2 days stay. Kind regards Camping Italia LIdo

A aimé The location was fantastic but misleading. It is in Iĉići, not Opatija but you can get 10mins bus to Opatija. Close to the sea. You could choose your own pitch

N'a pas aimé Chaotic and overfilled when we arrived! It eaa difficult to choose space when you are tired . Cold water! Most days...we have been to 17 camps in 8 countries, and never had a cold water. Very pricey washing machine

A aimé It had evwryrhing we needed and more! The pool and a bar was great. The comfort pitches were generous and in shade. The facilities were modern, cleaned regularly and it even had a laundrette. Also waahing up area was inside which is unusual but really helps if it is raining. They had a fully stocked supermarket, and ashuttle bus to water buses to Venice. Very reasonable price for all the amenities

A aimé Amazing place that was extremely clean, quiet and quaint. We arrived within 1-5pmpreferred time,noone greeted us but we were able to call,and aked to choose any spot. Which we happily did. I was delighted to find underfloor heating and separate shower room, with cosy bath mats and spotless toilets!! I was sooo happy as some camps havw rubbish showers! So reasonably priced and for extra £3, you can have wifi but we had 4G all the way! This was our 3rd camp in a week and the best!! We will return again and again on the way to our home in Cornwall as we plan to tarvel to Europe! I dislike camps but this one has restored my faith in responsible owners who provide more than they charge. Thank you 😊😊😊

A aimé The owner was really friendly, easy going and the pitch was near facilities. Despite full, it was quiet and easy to find. The shower block was new and toilets were good and always with toilet paper. Facilities provided were great, depending on people to use them correcrlt
