A aimé We picked a random area to go to for a weekend adventure and this was a great site to choose. Family friendly site, a couple of play areas, bouncy castle, and goats ( feed to buy in the shop) and birds. We were able to pitch close to the play area. The shop, kitchen and bar are well stocked and there is a great outdoor seating area. The bar also plays some music in the evening but stops at a reasonable time. The children also loved hearing the train go by. Very friendly staff. Really easy to find the site. Campfires are allowed if you purchase your fuel from the shop onsite

N'a pas aimé The toilets could do with a bit of maintenance, some of the seats in the ladies are broken and the doors don't shut properly.

A aimé Relaxed family feel, loads of space, free of charge fire pits, friendly owners who you get to know, fantastic mountain views and beach nearby. Communal fridge, freezer store with usb charge points (labels to hand too) toys and play area for the kiddies. Lovely text from Jane and Terry the morning before we stayed with specific directions and things to look out for to locate the site. Homegrown apples free to help yourself

A aimé Everything, meadow field is secure, friendly neighbours (sheep and chickens) and staff and clean facilities. On site accommodation and riverside pitches are well marked and there's something for everyone. Alpacas to see at the bottom of the campsite. Great variety of accommodation. Beer garden is beautiful. Composting toilet is extremely clean. Great for a mini adventure going across the ford to get to the toilets or over the bridge.
