Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, particularly with the limited food options available during your visit and the discomfort you experienced with the caravan bed. We completely understand that having no restaurant or lunchtime food available was disappointing, especially as you’ve stayed with us regularly in the past. We’re also sorry that the accommodation wasn’t comfortable enough for you and that you decided to leave two days early. We really do appreciate your previous visits and are disappointed that this stay has left you feeling that way. Your feedback is important to us, and we will certainly take your comments on board.
