We’re sorry to hear that your recent stay was disappointing, especially as you have stayed with us regularly in the past. We understand your frustration regarding the restaurant and takeaway opening times, particularly when you were expecting more options for lunch and dinner. We appreciate that this had a significant impact on your stay. We’re also sorry to hear that you found the caravan bed uncomfortable. We take comments like this seriously and will pass your feedback on to the relevant team. It’s particularly disappointing to hear that you chose to leave two days early and that you didn't come to speak to us about your issues with the bed. Sorry that we didn’t provide the experience you’ve come to expect from us on this occasion. We do appreciate your previous custom and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a much better stay
