A aimé Great site, lovey marina and vibe 🤗 facilities new and modern really nice. Relaxing walks around the canals and bar and grounds friendly and chilled.

N'a pas aimé The bar doesn’t accept cash which wasn’t stated on pitch up when I booked, and it also didn’t state it was closed in the evening which messed us up a bit for the evenings as we’d planned to eat there. Also agree with other comments about the site facilities being open to the public, for safety and maintenance, there should be codes for campers only.

A aimé Lovely welcome, staff really helpful. Nice sized pitch 🤗 a bit peeved as the bar restaurant wasn’t open which wasn’t stated on the pitch up site where we booked, so not Hopleys fault but made the 2 days we’d booked not what we’d planned. Loved the site though and facilities were great.

N'a pas aimé Only dislike was we’d had an email that campfires weren’t allowed due to the dryness and concern about fires but outside the toilets were lots of cigarette butts just piled up on the dry grass which was worrying, no provisions for live cigarettes to be distinguished, also doesn’t look nice 😕

A aimé All of it, friendly welcome 🤗 personal escort to our lovely pitch, loads of room with bits of shade, perfect. We were given great details of lovely walks along Hadrians wall and of local pubs, which we did the following day, and what a great day it was 🤗 lovely vibe to the site but nice and quiet in the evening. Will definitely be back, thank you for a great stay 🧡🐝

A aimé Lovely location, great overnight park up spot, basic but good facilities. Staff were brilliant, very welcoming, food good. A great atmosphere all round
