A aimé The site is very well maintained, spotless toilets and showers. Lovely location, great walks. Superb, no check in system, that was easy to follow. Village close by, 5 pubs in walking distance. Just loved the place.

A aimé Spotless site , peaceful , amazingly had a bar, often things like that make a stay.

We have made improvements but unfortunately, like most other campsites, our wifi is affected by weather/the amount of people we have in/whats going on at the show ground. A aimé Loved this camp site, it’s situated very close to the beach. It’s clean, superb facilities, great pool and bar area, restaurant was good. I had never heard of L,Ampolla, but would go again, we walked into town and it’s a lovely place, Wooden board walks on the promenade, the scenery outstanding. There wasn’t much open, it was the end of November. Classy place.

N'a pas aimé I don’t think I would have liked our pitch in the summer, it was at the side of the kids play area, it was noisy with a couple of kids playing out in the afternoon, so a full camp would have been really bad.

A aimé The camp is situated in a very peaceful location with stunning views of the snow topped mountains in the background. The facilities were clean, but it was the end of November and it was very cold. I cannot comment on anything else as the restaurant and entertainment was closed. There was no one to great us on arrival, just a sign saying to find a pitch and pitch up. Someone called to the site at 5 pm to collect tourist taxes. That was all we saw of anyone.

A aimé It’s a short walk to the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Electric hook up is easy to locate. It has good lighting around the pitches for the darkness.

N'a pas aimé Pitches are very close together, they are not very flat, the trees are in the pitches, making it difficult to park, the road to the pitches is very narrow, the toilets and showers are dated. We stayed on a Monday, the bar and restaurant was closed.

A aimé The camps cleaning and toilet facilities are very clean. The restaurant and Bar area is very good. The location at the side of the river is excellent.

A aimé A lovely clean spacious camp site, the facilities are immaculate, showers, toilets etc, they have a lovely Cafe on site selling scrumptious food. Peaceful on an evening and in lovely countryside.

N'a pas aimé Not enough amenities very close by, nearest pub is over a mile away. I dislike pitching up and then putting things away again to drive out. It’s the same at many camp sites, not just this one.

A aimé Fantastic camp site, very clean, well maintained, stunning pool area, reception and bar.

N'a pas aimé A male member of the reception team was rude in all my dealings with him. It was a tough day for everybody as Spain, Portugal and France lost its entire electricity network, we had no electric, the toilets didn’t flush and the showers didn’t work, we lost all ability to communicate. So for all the camp looks good, it was a disaster of a stay so we left and returned home next morning, not the camps fault.

A aimé The camp is at the side of a river and it’s close to a small town,it’s a pretty place. The site was quiet and adequate, services were dated but clean. There is a bar serving excellent food.

A aimé The lady who greeted us was wonderful , really helpful. She also worked in a quirky shop selling beer wine and olive produce, which was nice.

N'a pas aimé They have an olive oil production factory, this stayed operational until 11.34 pm. The noise was unbearable for sleeping. They locked the gates around the toilet and shower block at 11.34pm, we couldn’t access the toilet or get a wash. We left early as we had a long drive, so not being able to use the facilities was a real disappointment. Also be careful to find the correct entrance to the site, our satnav took us round some dirt track and across a train track.

A aimé I liked the location of our pitch as it was close to the toilets and wash facilities. The site is also very close to the main entertainment area of Chapel St Leonard’s , Golden Palms I think it’s called. There is plenty to do there. The wash rooms and toilets were clean and adequate.

N'a pas aimé The pitch was not really a separate pitch, more like a field, where lots of different camping styles were just allocated a spot of grass with electric hook up available. Lots of tents etc.
