A aimé The best place on earth to recharge batteries :) The lodge is cosy, brilliantly equipped and offers the best view of the stars I've experienced in a long while. Thank you Debbie for your hospitality. We sure hope to be back.

A aimé Chatting with site proprietors Sam and Martin (thanks for sharing good stories!), camp spaciousness, facilities (brilliant showers, clean toilets and a kitchen with sink and fridge), tranquility (site is far from big roads or towns), fabulous views and proximity to key tourist spots:))

A aimé Absolutely brilliant spot for a family camp with friendly and helpful owners. Plenty of space and lovely views of the hills. The farm shop came in handy for supplies.

N'a pas aimé It would be lovely to have another basin in the toilet room :) The place can get slightly overcrowded at busy times!

A aimé Brilliant spot. Affordable. I enjoyed the fact that our tent was positioned where the sun didn't hit until some time in the afternoon! We had plenty of shade and cool air. It is a very cosy camp site, intimate almost, and as such, it isn't overcrowded or noisy, even though I'm sure our kids may have given others a bit of a headache at times (!). The owners were lovely and allowed us to spend a bit of extra time on Sunday morning as there were no other people booked in (some campsites chuck us out on the dot which is not very nice as we can't enjoy a proper coffee/friend time!). The beach is only a short drive away. Overall, one of the nicest campsites we've been to. Thank you.

That's great you could enjoy the later checkout - we do try to make sure that if no one else is coming you can stay for as long as suits you.
