A aimé Nice welcome on arrival, everything explained well,Pitches were of a good standard! My partner fished on site and said it was a great fishery! Was nice I could relax in the van whilst he fished just opposite!

A aimé Nice friendly welcome on arrival, pitches were a good size and the grounds were kept nice.

N'a pas aimé Toilets were cold to the point the toilet roll was damp, my partner showered but wished he hadn’t as the water was cold to! The road noise was also a constant drone throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep. Finally, although we chose to pay the £10 fee for an early arrival, we felt this was rather expensive for just 1.5 hours, particularly out of season.

Regarding the toilets and showers, another guest had brought the same issue to our attention, and we discovered that following an electrical interruption, the heating and hot water had not automatically restored as they should have. This was rectified immediately once we were made aware. We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we only wish you had informed us during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to investigate and resolve the issue for you straight away. With regard to the road noise, we appreciate that everyone has different sensitivities when it comes to sleeping, although this has not generally been an issue raised by our guests. Regarding the early arrival fee, this charge is communicated to guests before arrival, allowing everyone to make an informed choice about whether to take advantage of the additional time on site. We are sorry that your experience was disappointing and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us maintain the standards we aim to provide to all our guests.
