N'a pas aimé The site on arrival was busy, pitch allocation seemed a bit ‘ad-hoc and pitches with electricity were cramped. Day two and the block nearest which itself is tired and dated, the hot water failed. (This was the case for the whole period I stayed)The alternative block some 300 meters away was extremely busy and is used by anyone who has parked to visit the beach and external facilities. During my stay on site there was a ‘targeted’ theft of bikes from a large family group…not only did they lose bikes but other items of value from their tents whilst out. There is no physical security barriers, no CCTV and no control over vehicle movement in the silent hours. The advertised rules state ‘no gazebos’ there being numerous on site throughout my stay. Overall the site facilities needs modernisation, physical security and surveillance need to be in place. Anyone can access the site , park onsite or in the large car park adjacent and use the toilet blocks as was the case. This was a disappointing stay and not a site I could recommend.
