A aimé Good location. Plenty of space and pitches all flat. Main facilities clearly quite new and clean. Although we didn’t use it, can see how the games room is an added good extra especially if staying with kids.

N'a pas aimé The issues with the water pressure were a genuine problem. First night we couldn’t have a a shower because they weren’t working. Second night we got in early and they worked great, but I know other guests struggled later. Third night they worked eventually but we’d tried earlier without success. It’s clearly a known issue and I’m sure it’s being worked on, but for me this really needs sorting especially for when the site gets busier - it was quiet during our stay.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thanks for taking the time to write a review Mark The great news is that we have had heating and plumbing engineers working hard over the past couple of weeks resulting in huge improvements to the water pressure in the showers, sinks and toilets!

A aimé Superb location with a short walk to Beddgelert, plenty of hike options direct from the site, or easy to access Sherpa buses from Beddgelert to other locations if avoiding the right for parking spaces is your preference. Pitches are large and well spaced out. Facilities ample and accessible - never had an issue grabbing a free shower or wash up spot.

N'a pas aimé Nothing disliked. The facilities were good and clean, but very simple and traditional and might benefit from some updating at some stage.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for the kind review — we're really pleased you enjoyed the site and found the facilities clean and accessible throughout! Eryri and the coast on the doorstep is hard to beat — we hope you made the most of both! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

A aimé Clean and tidy; very well maintained. For those staying away from the main facilities block the shepherds hut style facilities provide easy to access alternatives which were generally available without issue. Well located near coastline and mountains of Snowdonia. Conveniences in Caernarfon a short drive away.

N'a pas aimé No major issues.

Réponse du gestionnaire : hank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so pleased you appreciated how clean and well-maintained the site is, and that the shepherd’s hut facilities were convenient for you. It’s lovely to hear you enjoyed our location too – being close to both the coast and Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) really does make exploring easy, with Caernarfon just down the road.
