A aimé Review for Camping De Grienduil We had a lovely stay at Camping De Grienduil, a small and tranquil campsite with a peaceful rural setting. The view across the local fields was stunning, making it a great spot to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. We had a minor issue with the electric, but it was quickly resolved without any hassle. One thing to note is that you can’t park right next to your caravan, but there is ample parking just outside, so it wasn’t a problem. The location is fantastic—only 25 minutes from Efteling, making it a great base for visiting the theme park. It’s also close to Leerdam, where you can explore the glass museum and watch live glass-blowing demonstrations. Overall, a great little campsite, and we’d definitely stay again!

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The facilities were spotless, with super clean bathrooms and powerful showers, which was a big plus. The site felt quiet, safe, and secure, making for a relaxing stay.

N'a pas aimé However, there were a few downsides. Not being given the gate code meant we had to wait each time we wanted to enter, which was a little inconvenient. The showers required payment, which always feels like an unnecessary extra charge, and the free WiFi was limited to just 15 minutes a day, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, we wouldn’t rush back, but if we were passing through the area again, we’d happily stay here. It looks like a great spot for summer with lots of events, so it might be worth revisiting in peak season.

A aimé Easy to find, tidy caravan park with nice warm showers, clean. Good location for getting on the Dover Ferry.
