Site is very well kept, close to beach, corner shop, fish and chip shop and restaurant. Large open space for exercising the dog or for children to enjoy playing

Pitches are quite small and you’re incredibly close to your neighbours. The showers really let the site down. The distance from our pitch wasn’t a problem but only 3 showers could be an issue during peak season. I wouldn’t have wanted to use the showers on children/babies because there is no temperature control and it doesn’t take long for the water to become unbearably hot.

The location was amazing right next to beach, the people dealt with everything brilliantly and were very friendly. It was very clean and tidy.

Shower/WC facilities located too far from tourers (actually situated in static area which makes no sense). We received a lovely phone call prior to our stay pointing out we could use the clubhouse from 9am - 12am so thought this wouldn't be a problem but actually they closed the clubhouse, a lot. No breakfast available as they closed the clubhouse as not busy enough. Kicked out of the bar at 8:30pm on bank holiday Monday as not busy enough (despite a family of 6 and two other families wanting to use the facility). The cafe was closed due to staff shortages. When the cafe was open they served breakfast from 11am-12pm only?!?! Spoke to reception regarding issues but no one called back until complaint escalated. They also opened the clubhouse for 1 morning for breakfast but didn’t inform us until after 1030am when we had already eaten. They have offered a free weekend stay so will try again when high season and hope our custom is good enough then. Hopefully I can return and leave a better review.

All facilities closed whenever they liked. No breakfast available at all for 2 of the days and only available from 11am-12pm on the other days! According to staff they were not busy enough to stay open so we were kicked out of the bar/clubhouse at 8:30pm with only 15 mins to finish our drinks (in the middle of a game of pool). This was after spending around £30 in the arcades for the kids! Hot water scalding so couldn’t shower the kids. Showers and toilets located in static area not touring area which seems silly. Advertised as beach facing but all you can see is the beach huts. Overall a real disappointment as this was our holiday! We booked it because of the cafe and clubhouse on site so we could enjoy our holiday. To think we were looking for a static to buy on this site. Glad we tried in a tourer first as won’t be returning and won’t be buying!
If all we wanted was a field with water and electric we could have gone elsewhere for a lot cheaper!
