Nice sized pitches great views, nice clean toilet and shower, food in the pub across the road absolutely amazing.

Nice for a quiet break, not a lot around.

Nice walks nearby, beautiful scenery. Fantastic pub at entrance, friendly staff, excellent food, service etc

Location. Large, flat, level grass and gravel pitches. Views. Ease of access to local walks without having to drive. Instant hot water. Clean shower blocks. Excellent indoor washing up facility. Very peaceful site. Proximity to The Fox Inn Pub (would have been great if it had actually been open at all during our stay). Quiet nature of the site but there is a small children playground on the village green not far away.

Minor gripe about the smell directly over the elsan disposal point - pretty dreadful - if it's this bad in winter can't imaging what it's like in summer.
Pub wasn't open at all even though it's opening hours on google said it would be (not sure if this is anything to do with the campsite though).

Lovey quiet site in the middle of the countryside. We arrived late afternoon and left next day mid morning so an ideal stop off in a beautiful location. Easy to book on and nice simple facilities too.

Pitches were a great size. Very relaxed and peaceful site.
The toilet and shower facilities were fairly clean and tidy. They are situated behind the pub but it was a short walk.
Pub food was great. Pipping hot, good size and very tasty. The chicken korma is highly recommended. Staff were friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. There was a darts competition on later in the evening, which was expected to finish late. We were a little concerned it might mean a lot of noise but it was fine. Be aware it’s only open Friday to Sunday.

A bit of a trek and a little nervy if you need use to use the toilet in the night. Especially if you’re a woman alone.

Quiet location.

Useful location for a drive to Scotland.

There was lots of dog poo on our pitch which we walked in when setting up our van.

No meet and greet just a phone number to ring which I struggled to connect to.
