Quiet, clean, peaceful.

WiFi coverage not great

Lovely little site with big pitches, the amenities was ok, used the wash room for washing pots. The welcome was good & the pub is very local 😁 and very welcoming, I found every one to be very friendly.
The views are lovely & a good field near the bus stop for letting the dog off for a run.

Shower room a chilly & the toilets wasn’t great but putting that down to people leaving them like that!!

Sadly only here for one night, as driven over 100 miles, I needed a site ( pub food but was closed) that was quiet, & it didn’t disappoint, site level, access through gate opposite the pub, ( not behind as I travelled around static vans till someone directed me across the road) 16amp electric power supply, each bay had grass around stone bays, views could sorted by looking over the hedges ( which were blessing when a heavy storm wind came through during the night and early morning) all other amenities were on other side of road behind the pub, clean and tidy, phone signal was a bit hit and miss ( WiFi password was attached to main gate), which was plenty wide enough for all units to gain access to,

It looked like some bays were for regular use as caravan left there, only a few were for touring units sadly either the way booking services work no information about pub opening times,

The area was lovely, very picturesque.

The site pitches were organised well, neat and tidy.

The showers were behind the pub where the static vans were so across the road. They were clean and usable though.

Shower and toilet facilities. Pitch tidy and well kept. Easy check in with staff to contact when arrived. Lovely pub next to site and great food and atmosphere. Beautiful views all around and relaxing.

Nice if the pub was open for breakfast but did provide eggs to collect. Didn't connect with the WiFi so not sure what it would be like.

Phoned Sid on arrival and was shown to our pitch, got the campervan all set up then took my son to a small park which is just around the corner, it was lambing season so he enjoyed seeing the lambs, we booked in for food at the fox inn which is on site basically, food was 10 out of 10 and I’d return just for the food, we will definitely be back, thank you to Sid and all your staff

All really good small private site ideal for adults pub at the entrance was excellent food really good good service met the locals really friendly and some returning patrons an elderly couple from Durham that had a static caravan on a permanent basis

This is a quiet, small site with standpipes and electric hook up. Some pitches looked to be in seasonal use. Clean, enclosed wash up area. Pub opposite site, friendly, good food, reasonable pricing (landlord is owner of camp site.

Limited toilet facilities (2 ladies & 2 gents). Shower is housed within toilet area and can get very muddy.

Really lovely quiet stay and the pub was very cosy with great food.
