There is plenty to do in the local area, with an abundance of walks around the Yorkshire Dales. We have The Wensleydale Railway (a small heritage railway) that runs through the farm. There is lots of local market towns, including Masham, Bedale, Leyburn, Richmond and Ripon. These are all well worth a visit, each with their own unique shops, cafes and pubs! Local attractions include The Forbidden Corner, Lightwater Valley and Big Sheep Little Cow. There are castles at Middleham and Richmond, local national trusts, to name but a few!
