N'a pas aimé Toilets and showers are absolutely shocking lol. Worst ones we've been to in 10 years . Extremely run down ,filthy.We paid to shower elsewhere as didn't want kids being in there.

N'a pas aimé Reception staff was shocking ,what a grumpy man ,very very rude ,Told us to be quite whilst he was talking haha. Told us there was an absolute curfew after 11 at night at wasn't allowed to talk after this time at all .Made him self look like a total twat. Cafe man very grumpy also.felt a bit like a concentration camp after that .Definitely need some customer service lessons ,probably why it was very empty when we was there .Shame to have such poor staff ruin someone's business..

A aimé Great camp excellent pool and very Friendly atmosphere, kids riding round on scooters which was great .buzzing at night

N'a pas aimé Showers are not fit for purpose . Looks to have had house hold shower units just fitted and not commercial ones. Either scolding hot or freezing cold with no in-between. Had to get the kids out as it was dangerous. No warning signs anywhere about the hot water and can't understand how they are not regulated to a certain temperature to stop scolding ? Toilet had come unbolted ,unstuck from the floor so it moves about . Toilet block is freezing and very run down , you would likely get a better one on a building site Complained to reception who said that we should have had the showers on at a certain setting as if it was set different to the neighbouring shower it wouldn't work properly . So if you go into the shower make sure to speak to the two people next to you and get your settings right lol. The manager would only offer vouchers and not a refund. Why would we want to come back ??? Very poor customer service ,The staff and owners need to go and stay at there own site for a few nights have a few showers and sit on the wonkey lose toliet and and then go to some other sites to see how it's properly done ..

A aimé Fantastic location right on beach. Toilets was immaculate, always being cleaned 10 out of 10 to cleaning staff. Nice pitch and great having supermarket and bakery on site. Kids loved it feels safe and quite a bit to do for kids

N'a pas aimé Restaurant /barstaff seem very stressed out ,if you sit down at a table they are on you straight away asking what your doing sitting down which is strange??I want to order food !! The man panicked as i sat at a table of 6 ,This is for a table of 6 he growled ,yes the other 5 people are behind me look there coming lol We got up and left after that .

A aimé Nice location ,beach is 20 minute walk . Nice restaurants around the beach and great food stall on beach .

N'a pas aimé Pool is freezing 🥶 Didn't feel welcomed there . They have Pool staff walking around hassling people about there clothing . Supermarket staff (lady )extremely rude especially to kids .Our kids spent €30 on bracelets (buy 3 get one free) The one for free was out of a dirty bag under till and not like the other 3 and she wouldn't even let them choose. When I said why can't they choose she become very aggressive and started shouting to her husband and daughter. Camp smelt of sewage most of the time . We wouldn't go back and left 3 days early..

A aimé Everything, loads of space and freedom Excellent place ,animals were fantastic and the young staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back again and again.

N'a pas aimé People leaving bad reviews moaning about the toilet and noise from airport . It clearly says in the description what its all about ..

N'a pas aimé Disgusting toilets and showers ,seriously need a revamp ,They need to view other parks showers locally to see the difference and act on it, Also the pitch area is very dirty just not maintained.
