A aimé The campsite was exactly as described. Perfect if you are happy with basic facilities, bonus it had a toilet most CL sites don’t. Beautiful nature, very quiet. Good pub and food nearby. Oldest pub in wales 2 miles away 1229 allegedly. Great trout fishing up at the reservoir. Communication more or less instant with the owner. Very friendly. I will be back. Anthony

N'a pas aimé Soil no grass, understand it wears, small gravel would be much better, the dusty soil sticks to shoes equipment etc and is messy

A aimé Good selection of pitches, restaurant good value and great tasting food. Facilities clean. Staff friendly.

A aimé Pitch sizes excellent. Choice of pitch and shade, open environment. Very friendly staff. Shower toilet block excellent. Facilities generally excellent. The shop was very impressive, farm shop selling most items very impressive. Will return for longer next season.

A aimé Open fields, no EHU camp where you want to.

N'a pas aimé Toilets and showers minging. Wasps, wasps and more wasps, site not interested in problem, had to leave after 3 nights due to wasps everywhere. Would not refund balance as booked for 6 nights.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Please read all other reviews from the same weekend regarding cleanliness. Regarding the wasps - we have wasp traps out, we have killed 5 hives this season so far, and are constantly on the look out. The wasps are far worse than any year previous - which is a country wide problem. But we are trying our best! As for a refund - nothing was asked, and also you booked a standard pitch which has 11acres to choose from.
