A aimé Friendly greeting on arrival from owner, the toilets were cleaned regularly and smelt fresh plenty of toilet roll and sanitizer, nothing is too much of a bother we had to ring for assistance with our car as the battery had drained Richard the owner came straight to our rescue and got us on our way. Also the pub is less than 5 mins away and dog walks across the farm fields are easily accessible great base for walking in the moors or heading into Corbridge for the day

A aimé Location easy access to both Saltburn by the sea and staithes via the Cleveland way in a quiet location village has a shop which is open late for any bits you may need pubs in Saltburn and Staithes

N'a pas aimé Toilets a bit smelly due to the extreme heat, the site was busy with a lot of families, so lots of people using the facilities, cleaner toilets would definitely have improved my stay

A aimé Greeted by a smiling face on arrival then guided to our pitch which was spacious and private, facilities were warm and clean. Coffee tea and biscuits provided free in kitchen area, Close to town with shops pub takeaways and river walk and 5 mins from Gretna Green good base for exploring the area
