A aimé This site is beautiful Owners amazing Animals out of this world - had a daily visit from ducks if you love farm animals this is a definite place to stay Well maintained Clean Massive and biggest hard standing I have ever stayed on Have access to fire pit - kids loved it as did we with our marshmallows Beautiful views Fresh eggs- a bonus for breakfast Great recycling facilities love that left over food went to animals Close to lots of local attractions Just loved our stay and would highly recommend

A aimé Lovely family / staff at the site Warm welcome Really clean facilities Cafe is lovely and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast Well maintained Great effort made by site with festive decorations and light my 2 year old loved it

A aimé Good pool both indoor and out Well stocked shop Nice bar with good deals Clean site appeared to be maintained well Great sized family bathrooms lose to local supermarket

N'a pas aimé There is no allocated pitch so after a long drive with young children had to find a pitch.It was busy school holiday and reception did not allow us to upgrade There is also tents using two pitches and area with electric hook up but they are not utilising which overall let the experience down for us . I did try to raise this with site however no one got in touch and in some cases were individuals were able to reserve area for friends to pitch which seemed a little unfair.

As you stated we don't allocate pitches and instead allow guests to choose a pitch which best suits their needs upon arrival. We do have park wardens who monitor the usage of pitches to help to resolve the issues you highlighted, apologies that on this occasion we didn't meet your expectations. Its great to hear that you enjoyed the other facilities we have to offer on site and found the location beneficial.

N'a pas aimé All staff friendly with one exception which spoilt it for all the nice staff. This particular lady wasn't friendly and was in the shop which was a shame really as everyone else was lovely .
