A aimé good location, right on the banks of the River Wye. good clean facilites, even though the showers were open-air. Even had a well-stocked honesty shop, which stocked loads of stuff, a very welcome addition as there is no shop near.

A aimé Brilliant views of Snowdonia. Sloping pitch, but used levellers. Good facilities. Never saw the owners at all.

A aimé Small site, well laid out and spacious pitches, although it was not particularly level. Facilities good and clean.

A aimé Excellent site. Well laid out, with very spacious pitches. Everything on your own Pitch, electric, water, grey waste, TV. Lovely walk along thtoo hoe river. All staff very pt was leasant and helpful. Facilities tely iwere some of the best we have seen. Unfortunately it was too hot for the fishing. We will definitely be back.

A aimé Well laid out, with good sized pitches. Plenty of space for the dog to have a good run. Good friendly welcome. Facilities were very good, toilet, wash basin and shower, all together with plenty of space. Brilliant sunsets.

N'a pas aimé The only slight suggestion, was maybe the steps to the toilets were a little too steep.

A aimé Good sized pitches, very well laid out. Facilities very good. Good views down to the coast.

N'a pas aimé Be very careful which way you approach. Some of the lanes are very narrow and lots of sharp bends.

N'a pas aimé Would have preferred not to be under the trees. Local public footpaths are not good, but that is nothing to do with the Campsite.

A aimé Friendly and very helpful owner, Joan. Very quiet and peaceful. Small site as described. Facilities basic (as described) but always clean. Great location, in the middle of nowhere. Great views. walks all around, to Dufton Pike and the other way to Appleby. Could do longer if you wanted. Pub see below, but there were two others 1 or 2 miles away.

N'a pas aimé Could do with another toilet for busy times. One downside was the pub, which seems to open when the landlord feels like it. He was not very welcoming at all. It was only open two nights out of our four, and he wasn't serving food. Bank Holiday weekend, what custom was he missing out on !!

A aimé Nice, quiet site. Roomy pitches, but felt a little close to each other. Good clean facilites. Mike was always on hand and visible. Shame about the level of water in the river as it was too low to fish.

A aimé Although the site is sloping, the pitches were fairly level, the whole site is terraced. Good, clean facilities. On a very busy country lane. Pub next door was very busy.

A aimé Good sized pitches, well spaced out. Level even though some vans seemed to use levellers. Good space for the dog to run free. Really felt in the middle of nowhere.

A aimé Friendly welcome. Well laid out, level and spacious pitches (only six). Good clean facilities. Excellent shower. Pub on site with good food and plenty of it. Lovely atmosphere. Local walk along the river. Bonus was a small bowling green where we were welcomed by local members.

A aimé Everything. Newish small site. Very well laid out, with good-sized pitches. Loved watching the moorhens on the pond. Kim was on hand to welcome us and explained everything. Very peaceful. easy walk to the pub on the canal (Willeymoor Locks). We will come again.

N'a pas aimé only small issue, as mentioned in previous reviews, the toilets rock a little, but you get used to it.
