A aimé Everything was great. Nice simple site. Lovely views of horses in the fields and hills. One big field (could've done with grass being shorter) and wooded area. Compost toilets which were clean and didn't smell. Showers which came warm eventually. (You have to run them both at same time?!) Washing up area (light needs fixing) Maybe provide a couple of firepits for people to borrow? Expect a Basic site and you'll be very happy. You can't park at the tent so need to use the trolleys to move your gear. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A aimé What a lovely site with nice views over to the pennines. A little woodland walk, feeding sheep, chickens, an honesty shop, firepits, park for the kids, pitches plenty big enough and everything very decently and affordable priced. The owners are so friendly and take pride in their site. The bathrooms are cleaned constantly, even providing luxury loo roll!!! A peaceful site which was quiet after 10. We will definatly come back.

N'a pas aimé I wouldnt say its a dislike but......Showers clean but very small and rubbish shower head. Everyone loves a good shower while camping! Could do with a couple more showers and bigger, was hard to shower kids with you. Maybe a couple of water taps dotted around the site as heavy to carry full water back!

A aimé Very cute site. Basic amenities, however this is made aware on the information on PitchUp. Lovely wild field, with mown areas to pitch. Very relaxing. Can hear motorway constantly in background, but didn't bother me.

N'a pas aimé A more substantial toilet facility would be better, however they are the cleanest portaloos I have been in!.

I’d love to provide improvements to facilities but planning permissions mean I’m unable to add permanent structures unfortunately.
