N'a pas aimé Located by a very busy road in a trading estate. Old facilities, not well maintained. No loo seats.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Concernant les sanitaires, ils sont entretenus et nettoyés quotidiennement. L’absence de lunettes sur certains WC est un choix d’hygiène, fréquent dans les campings. Nous prenons néanmoins en compte vos remarques.

A aimé Very chilled. Not much to do locally but great rural spot.

A aimé Lots of space. Quiet neighbourhood. Great location for walking in the Malvern hills.

N'a pas aimé Portaloos. Showers and toilets were a long walk away (approx 0.5 miles both ways).

We note you booked Non-electric grass pitch (basic) We have just checked on pitchup and they clearly stated Please note that these pitches don't have access to the site's toilet and shower facilities. Chemical toilets are available. Sorry if you hadnt read the above on pitch up we have checked this morning and it says it. Also the distance from the far end of the field to the ablution block is 0.2. miles so round trip would be 0.4 miles. unfortunately you were 1 of many that read the general facilities of Berrends Farm and not the facilities available for the pitch type you paid for.

A aimé Quiet, basic campsite in a fabulous location for exploring the Cotswolds. Well equipped shop and great pub in close walking distance. Showers and toilets were spotless throughout our trip. Decided to stay an extra night as we had such a good time.
