Pool restrictions
Showers were filthy
Elsan point was constantly blocked
Noise curfew times are far to late

Had everything we needed and the kids had great fun! Only downfall was the showers and toilets!! We stayed for 4 nights and they didn't look like they was cleaned once! There was also some underwear left on the floor which stayed there the whole time.

Rachel from checking in, amazing employee with excellent communication and sorted the issue I had, quickly and was so lovely and polite. We booked for my sons birthday and I honestly thought the trip was going to be ruined as the booking was somehow changed without my knowledge. Rachel rectified the issue with my confirmation booking and talking to pitch up within 20 minutes. We had the best time and we all are so thankful to her. Rachel on sports and leisure was really lovely and exceptional with the kids and mimzey in the restaurant saved our holiday also!! Brilliant staff and fun activities.

Great evening entertainment. Park is very clean and well laid out. Pitches are spacious. Good location to walk to the bus and rail station to travel to other beaches and towns.

Disappointed with the pitch we were given as it was opposite the toilets which did not give us a great view! There was only one recycle bin on the site - there needs to be far more to encourage people to recycle as we all need to reduce the amount we send to landfill sites.
Also, there needs to be duck boards in the shower cubicles to enable you to keep off the wet floors when getting dressed, or better drainage.

I thought the venue was great my son loved it and we all had lots of fun . The food was lovely . And swimming area was very nice . We enjoyed the entertainment and my son loved the park .

We camped and the kids had a brilliant time, they absolutely loved it. The swimming pool was good, our youngest loved the entertainment and they both loved the inflatable jet skis.

We luckily had great neighbours and the kids made friends easily. The food we ate on site was good and the staff were helpful.

Some of the facilities were a bit tired. Certain parts of the floor round the pool need patching up and the mini golf course was a mess. It could do with new Astro turf, but at the very least someone with a leaf blower and a pair of garden shears to tidy it up.

The grass had worn away on a large part of our pitch, leaving compressed dirt. Others nearby were the same. They need reseeding over the winter.
