I loved that place. Very quiet big field, friendly sheep 🐑😀 next to the river which makes that campsite very special.

Last stop for me on a week long tour of Wales. I was in a 6.7m MH had no trouble with access,nice little bridge you drive over to get on site. Lots of people already pitched up,a selection of tents,MHs and campers. Everyone was really friendly and respectful late at night. Absolutely brilliant site, sheep just wondering round all the time. Small river down one side. And if you are traveling with a dog or kids,you can get on a really nice walking trail at the back of the camp. There is fresh water and you can empty rubbish. On the site they have metal fire pits dotted around for you to use and you can buy some wood. Very impressed would definitely stay again

Really lovely, back to basics site.

Pitches next to the river are just fantastic (if you can get one!).

No music is a nice feature as you can really hear the river and nature.

Close to Betwsy-Coed (drive) and some nice river walks (about 4.5miles to BC)

Secure site with locked gate in and out.

Was very boggy after heavy rain.

No shower facilities (which we knew when booking and they are being installed) but be aware!

Doesn't take card so take cash or be able to do a BACS when paying on arrival.

Owners don't check if people are following the rules (no music, dogs on leads) and therefore on our last night we did have "neighbours" who didn't seem aware of these rules. Owners rely on people reporting this which could get uncomfortable. We just put up with it as it was our last night.

Amazing campsite 10/10

The ease of pitching with others.

Great views on site, very idyllic location. Good for a short stay. A few hidden gems for walking near by.
The free range sheep were great company too.

Friday and the weekend felt a bit over booked due to the free for all space allocation.

Obviously would have liked showers but it's clearly advertised that they are in progress so not really an issue.

Really nice site and everyone so friendly lots of nice walks around aswell

Area was really nice, in the mountains by the river. Cheap for the location.

Unfortunately we didn’t end up staying over night due to the high number of midges. No fault of the owners, but as we aren’t a fan of bugs so we couldn’t stay. We were told that they were worse due to the damp weather, but if you’re not tolerant of bugs it may not be for you. If you’re not a fan of sheep, some do roam around the field and there’s sheep poo around the site.
