What a wonderful place! Peaceful, plenty of space, even in August!

The best place ever. On arrival need to get code from farmhouse, the lady was very nice and friendly. We choose our spot by the river, absolutely lovely. The camp is absolutely amazing. Plenty space, sheep's roam free. Toilets are clean and easy accessible. The river is amazing, plenty spot for wild swimming. There are walks directly from camp in 3 different ways. I didnt want to leave. We will come again and again.
Great value for money. Also its quiete campsite so no music allowed. Kids were playing but at 10pm all went silent.

I love this site. The location by the river is stunning perfect for walking, relaxing and dipping in the river. The site is quiet, simple, no frills, no allocated pitches.

Beautiful scenery, nice clean and well kept campsite. Information available for when people aren't there. Close to attractions but peaceful nights.

We had full sunshine weather. Beautiful location, relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed seeing and hearing the sheep outside our tent. Glad we brought swimming costumes to paddle in the river! Toilet and showers provided, not too far from our pitch. Pitches were spaced out, we had plenty of room

Lovely site with stunning surroundings.
The stream running through is Beautiful as well as the views.
Basic but clean toilets and showers.
Welcoming owner.
Logs for fire pits £5 a bundle from the main house.
Booked for one night, then decided to book another once we had arrived. Even woke up to the free roaming sheep around the camper in the morning

Fantastic setting, on the banks of the river. Watching the stars while sat beside a real campfire (albeit - in a 'homemade' car wheel fire pit). Fantastic quiet - no radios, no shouting, just peace.
