The beautiful surroundings of the site, close to the river and lovely walks.
We drove in to the village, Gwydyr pub was great and friendly. Will definitely be back.

A fantastic and beautiful, back to basics campsite, situated in idyllic surroundings, with amazing walks, within walking distance

No showers is the only one really

Beautiful picturesque campsite, very peaceful. We enjoyed that it felt wild yet secure and the owner was lovely.
The campsite is in a perfect location and close to many attractions.
Plenty of pitch choices and space to park cars.
Toilets were always clean

Could be more signs for where the toilets are and a path to toilets as land is very water logged

Scenery stunning. River access. Ground muddy in parts so just stayed on the hardcore. Close to town. Very rustic toilets but cleaned well. And no music very peaceful and quiet. Phone signal is weirdly amazing.

Might benefit from a small play area.

Waking up on frosty morning and seeing that beautiful view. Facilities clean, basic but adequate. Had a phone signal.

Gorgeous campsite. Felt like wild camping, but super safe and secure. So peaceful and relaxing. Right by the river, great location and fantastic walks right from the camp site.

Not a dislike, but the toilets need signposting. They are in a little out building at the back of the field.

We loved the site so much, the space, the running stream, the peaceful atmosphere, it is a wonderful site. Loved it so much we booked to stay a 2nd night

The site is wonderful and peaceful, given the time of year it was so tranquil with the stream running and birds singing, a stunning site, although no showers the toilets where lovely, clean and very spacious, it didn’t matter to us there wasn’t any showers. Lived it so much we booked another night
