All facilities great site

On site facilities, woodland walk, toilet and shower block, site cleanliness, site manager, pub staff, price.

Food was greasy and pretty basic. Late checking screen not working so had to locate site manager to allocate pitch.

Very quiet in October: we were in a large touring field with just two other units. The toilet blocks and showers were warm and clean at all times. Reception guy was very helpful when we asked if we could move one pitch to the left due to our short lead not easily reaching the hookup point. Lovely woodland walks from the site and a 20 min drive to the National Trust car park at Woolacombe, from where we had a great day shell collecting and body boarding.
Amazing value in low season.

Wi-Fi is chargeable and phone signal poor. It would be nice if you were given a tiny amount of free data each day, just enough to check the weather and tide times.

The playground was amazing for the children. This place is definitely nice for you children.

When we entered the reception there was lack of welcome from the receptionist. Was a bit rude with her answers. Felt very uncomfortable at that time. Didn't give us much information or map plan. We had to ask cleaners for direction even they didn't know. So We drove around and asked other people who was visiting. They were very kind and said that they had the same problem.

Location was perfect. Family friendly and spacious , our spot was at the lower far end of the site , but close enough for showers ( very clean ) toilets ( also very clean ) and shops. We had a wonderful time mixing with lots of campers alike .

Lady’s showers were not as clean as the men’s ( daughters advised ) we lost Wi-Fi Agee times at our spot and during the storm it was lost completely. Myself and another camper had to reset the unit ourselves as this was not done by the site operatives , However I consider this minor but my daughter was livid , I would think on a rainy day. Wi-Fi is essential for kids , A better booster perhaps would help

plenty of places to visit, nice sized pitches and spotlessly clean site. staff were friendly

took us ages to find our pitch. the numbers had worn away so impossible to find where to go. when we did find our pitch there was another caravan on it they obviously had the same trouble as us so just parked anywhere. place looks a bit tired needs sprucing up.

Kicked out the swimming pool we had to pay for as the chlorine levels weren't safe yet no refund
There was a man in the shop who was rude and grumpy i dont know if he was shop staff but we went to the car park and he was stood there too just glaring

Maybe serve food in clubhouse or more on site food
