Location was great. We have camped a lot as a family and I would say this has best all round facilities. Would recommend to all family and friends as a break from the day to day and escape into nature. Will definitely be back.

Everything. It was such a wonderful site. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Couldn't do enough for us they were all happy and engaging. The food onsite was beautiful and the fresh bakery facility was a great added touch. Everywhere was well kept and clean

Lovely staff, flat pitches, plenty of hot water and clean facilities. Not overly busy so never had to queue. The restaurant was a bonus, good menu choices and nicely served tasty food. Fabulous location on the edge of the moor, so lovely walks to local tors.

The shop options were poor - no fresh milk and very expensive in-house bakery. But Tavistock has great shops, a variety of independents, plus supermarkets. Interesting that so many touring visitors were Dutch or German campervans, so only stayed a couple of nights and moved on.
No free WIFI which is unusual.

The peace (when everyone had left on the Sunday anyway!), the views, the location, the people who worked there were so friendly, the cleanliness of the shower block and the onsite restaurant!

It would have been good to have the shop open for longer on the Sunday
